Staying for two nights in a king studio with a sofa bed was great, with easy access to AMC Village On The Parkway just a short walk away and delicious dining options like The Grill on the Alley nearby, making our weekend city strolls even more enjoyable. however, I was a bit confused by the hotel’s branding merger, which made finding it a hassle.

This was just a reliable pick for a short stayover in Dallas with good value for price. The room was spacious enough for my family, which made our stay comfortable despite the minor issues. Make sure to check in early to avoid confusion at the front desk.

Cleanliness exceeded my expectations at this Residence Inn. My King Studio Sofa Bed had a cozy atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchenette that included an electric kettle and cookware. A smart TV added a nice touch, keeping my entertainment options diverse. Breakfast surpassed standard offerings. plenty of choices to start the day right. I appreciated the parking convenience and how secure the garage felt. However, check-in was confusing due to signage issues between shared hotel amenities. A frustrating moment arose when my toddler got bug bites, which was concerning since they looked alarming. Staff interactions could improve since I encountered a bit of rudeness when mistakenly entering the breakfast area meant for the AC Marriott. Despite these annoyances, the location was great for accessing highways, and I’d still recommend this hotel.

Had a great time with friends here! We loved the outdoor pool and stayed just a short drive from Preston Center and Zero Gravity Amusement Park. Exploring nearby outlet shopping was a bonus. The breakfast options were decent too. Highly recommend for a chill group trip!

Only issue was the noisy AC in our room, which was a bit bothersome at night.

I previously stayed in dallas and this time at residence inn was even better! The room felt like a cozy studio with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy living area. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere during my break.

Bed comfort was impressive, and the location provided a nice view. However, the couch was uncomfortable due to a broken arm, and check-in was confusing, compounded by the hotel's shared setting with another property. Parking was convenient at $24, but the breakfast options looked standard, and I didn't try them.

Great location and clean, but slow service at the front desk during check-in.
